General Delivery Information
Our couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate delivery information can result in delays in delivery. If a gift can not be delivered due to the inaccurate information supplied, a re-delivery fee may be charged and may be passed onto you.
* Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement nor does it entitle cancellation of an order.
Please note, we cannot accept a specific delivery time (e.g. 11:00 am).
We believe that our couriers are excellent and they try to provide you with the speedy service you require. However there may be times when, despite all our best efforts, delivery of presentations is delayed. Therefore the delivery information supplied on this site is an estimate only.
If the receiver or his/her representative is not at the address supplied the courier may leave the gift in an area that he deems to be safe. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Baskits if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier service to track the delivery.
All cancellations of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
Delivery Information for December

We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, for orders placed two weeks prior to Christmas Day. Please place your order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Due to this extremely busy time of year, please allow extra time for your order to be packaged and shipped. When specifying your delivery date, please be aware that couriers are carrying a greater amount of deliveries during this time.

For bulk orders, reduced freight charges may apply. Please contact our friendly staff to discuss your order as charges may be considerably reduced.
