I wanted acknowledge the great service you have provided Austereo over the past few years.
Baskits offers great selections on the website, however, I always know that my options are not limited to what already exists. On many occasions, I have provided you with a vague outline of what would better suit the person receiving the basket and without fail, once the gift is delivered, the recipient is very impressed and grateful to us for thinking of them. Your work makes us look good!
When we first decide to send a client or staff member a gift, the thought is the easy part, you have taken the hard work out for us by organising the rest!

I started using Baskits approx. 15 years ago when Rhonda came into my office and introduced herself and her 'new' venture. Right from the word 'go', the presentation and timeliness of Baskits was absolutely fantastic.
I work in a large corporate company, and word soon spread amoungst our staff.
Since Deb has taken over Baskits on a professional level, the presentation, web site, brochures etc. are faultless - our company (all Departments) use Deb's expertise and ideas for all of our corporate (and personal) gift requirements, everything from birth presentations to the massive task of our staff Christmas boxes (which is no easy feat as there are hundreds of employees) Baskits has never let us down. Deb keeps us up to date with new gift presentations, specials etc. even a phone call to say hi - very professional, and very personal at the same time.
